Being famous people, they have to maintain certain public image and they need to do it every time. The most difficult part is the performing.
We all see glamorous songs and concerts, not knowing what usually happens behind the scenes and the kind of hardships these artists have to endure to maintain their image.
1. Toni Braxton
Perhaps the most popular face of Lupus, Braxton does not hide her disease from the globe. In fact, it is always a common subject on her show the Braxton Family Values.
During season finale of the show, this beautiful songstress told her fans and family that she suffers from Lupus, which is an autoimmune disease that sent her to the hospital at two occasions. Ever since she was diagnosed she has been raising awareness and assisting those who suffer from the vicious disease.
2. Jack Osborne
Popularly diagnosed after the birth of a first child, the son of the celebrated Black Sabbath rocker is very adamant on staying highly positive and persevering through ups and downs.
He lost approximately 80 percent of vision in the right eye, with much worse things to come such as weakness and muscle spasms, speech impairment and loss of vision.
At the moment, there is no known treatment for Multiple Sclerosis; however there are a variety of treatments that can help with symptoms.
3. Selena Gomez
After calling off a big part of her tour, reports of hard partying and rehab spread like fire all over the media. However, Gomez took her time out to get control of her Lupus. With support from good friends Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift, she continues to cope with the disease fiercely.

Popular for his wonderful voice and the trademark scar, this well-known mark is actually a battle wound from the fight with Lupus. He suffers from the discoid lupus erythematosus, which is a special form of lupus affecting the skin, causing hair loss and sores. Ten percent of those with discoid lupus always develop systemic lupus

The R&B singer and the wife to NBA player Hill Grant, Tamia was actually diagnosed with Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis in the year 2003, a most widespread form of MS. To this point, she is winning this difficult fight with medication, correct diet, and exercise.

However, in the present day he is a strong and very sober advocate for the Parkinson’s disease research. In addition, he has set up a foundation as well, one foundation that’s dedicated to it.
