Fibromyalgia is a disorder whose exact cause is unknown. Although things like specific infections, diseases, genetics, hormonal imbalances and PTSD seem to play a large part, in this disease.

Spatial Disorientation?
Your body normally contains certain amounts of yeast. It’s mostly found in the intestines. Sometimes the amount of yeast dramatically increases, this will cause us to have infections.

They might have difficulty walking and seem to have poor balance. When they do attempt to become mobile.
Suffers may be clumsy, bump into things because they are having difficulty judging distance. Their fine motor skills might be affected causing them to drop things.
They also may have numbness, or tingling in their hands and feet.
Preventing Spatial Disorientation
A healthy diet will not only stop this from occurring, it will help relieve some of the symptoms you may be experiencing from fibromyalgia.
There are also things the experts suggest you should avoid, because they increase your symptoms. I will start with them first.According to research, this is what you shouldn’t be eating.
Experts believe that a fibromyalgia diet should exclude things like; additives, preservatives, eggs, dairy, corn, citrus, soy and gluten. Studies concluded that these food products increase the inflammation, which increases pain and swelling.
It’s also suggested to stay away from refined carbohydrates, and alcohol. This will reduce the chances of having spatial disorientation.
