I know the cause. I had surgery for three ruptured discs, then one week later fell and broke my neck. I had to be in a full neck brace 24/7 all summer long. Now all the muscles, as you can imagine need to be worked by physical therapy. I’m having a heck of a time with the pain between the shoulders. Any suggestions?
