ReACT is committed to identifying existing data and investing in new research to help improve understanding and quantify the impact of issues faced by employee caregivers. Sharing these findings along with best practices and employer successes is central to the coalition’s goal of enabling employers to help employee caregivers manage the demands of both work and caregiving for an adult with a chronic age-related disease.
