Apps can help monitor parents who wander, pills being taken, and organize appointments. Technology helps to put the minds of employee caregivers at ease, enabling them to be more present at work. As a result, more employers are looking to invest in these offerings and benefits. “There is huge value to having caregivers remain productive but understanding how a companies can invest and reap a return is something that hasn’t been done,” said ReACT Co-Convener, Drew Holzapfel.
